TBA Subscription

Last update:

TBA Subscription is where you manage your own subscription to The Business Assistant — your plan, payment method, and cancellation. Reach it from Setup → Company (see Setup Overview).

Current Plan #

Shows your active plan and its monthly cost, and any Add-ons. Pick a different plan (or change add-ons) from the dropdown and click Change Plan to switch. TBA shows the new monthly total before you confirm.

  • Upgrades (a higher total) — you choose whether to apply the change now, with a prorated charge today for the rest of the billing period, or at your next renewal with no charge today.
  • Downgrades (a lower total) — always take effect at your next renewal, so you keep what you paid for until then.

Payment Method #

Update Card adds or replaces the card TBA bills for your subscription, using a secure card form. The new card is used starting with your next scheduled charge. This is separate from Payment Processing, which is for charging your clients.

TBA emails you after each monthly charge, and if a charge fails, with the reason and how many days you have to fix it. The wording of those emails can be adjusted under TBA Subscription Billing in General Options.

Cancel Subscription #

Ends your TBA subscription after you confirm. This is about your own bill from TBA, not anything to do with your clients’ payments.
